Chemo & Wigs
If you've just been diagnosed with cancer and will begin your chemotherapy and/or radiation sessions soon, hair loss may begin within 10 days to 2 weeks after your first session.
It is best to prepare early for what is to come and make a conscious choice about your hair loss before you even start treatment.
Come to talk to me during a free, no-obligation consultation during which we will go through your options together and I will show you samples. I want to make this the comfortable and educational experience for you!
All my wigs are made to be a natural extension of you. So it will be created with only you in mind, choosing a hair density that will not overpower you and look fake, but rather be a complement of you.
I receive all sorts of requests; from voluminous, Hollywood style wigs to the most natural, light wigs, so I can definitely help you and I really want to work with you.
I used to suffer from alopecia, so I know how it feels to lose your hair.
And remember that hair loss is normally temporary, so have fun with the wigs, hats and turbans during this time. A great wig will get you through cancer and hair loss with confidence and style!
